Antenna Hungária Zrt. Human Resources Management

Antenna Hungária Zrt. has adopted its human resources policy with a view to accomplish the goals laid down in the strategy and to further develop its human capital along those lines so as to achieve a devoted and satisfied staff. The guidelines and practical policies outline the framework of human resources management.

Recruitment and selection of employees

The department of human resources works closely with the company's directors and managers in preparation for filling vacant positions and to provide an adequate work force for the company at all times (personnel procurement, selection, integration and assessment of performance).

Selection process

The applied selection process is adjusted to the position to be filled, all selection processes, however, are comprised of several stages. Applications and CVs are submitted to the department of human resources.

The process begins with an interview with a human policy manager and with the director of the given division. For certain positions, however, the applicant is to attend a series of interviews, and may be required to complete a test or to perform a certain assignment specific to the job for which he or she applies. Upon conclusion of the procedure all applicants are notified of the results, whether the decision is favorable or not.
